Return policy

"We all make mistakes."

We will inform you of our terms and conditions for returning and shipping delivered goods on behalf of Mac Lean Products B.V. Please observe the following procedure so that we can process the return properly and as soon as possible.

• Please register with our sales department by means of an return request form. Preferably by prior notice by telephone or via info@macleanproducts.nl. You will receive a response from us to your return request or/and within what period of time the goods shall be taken back become.
• The driver can only return the items with a registered return request take it with you. The driver does not have to take them on without a return order.
• We ask you to prepare the items to be returned well packaged as soon as the driver comes to pick them up. After receipt of the goods checked these in our warehouse. Usually a credit note is issued for this made with your reference/invoice number.

Damage

Have you noticed any damage to the delivered items? We would like to ask you to send a photo to info@macleanproducts.nl stating the order number, the articles and the number of pieces with damage. After this we can assess your report.

It is also possible that offered goods have to be assessed by a representative of Mac Lean Products B.V. You will also receive a response from the Sales Department or your representative.
