Iso Reduce sound-insulating flake foam, per pack of 4 plates 1000x500x35 mm (=2 m²). Iso Reduce is a PU flake foam developed as thermal and acoustic insulation. The application of Iso Reduce is wide. It insulates vibrations and absorbs noise from, for example, machines. Insulates false walls and ceilings (both thermally and acoustically). Insulating partition walls, for example in combination with plasterboard or fibreboard, is also an application. Iso Reduce is a recycled product. The flakes are ground and compressed and can therefore vary in colour. We recommend using a polyurethane adhesive for gluing. This should be applied to the wall with a glue comb using full-surface gluing. The use of sealant or dots is less suitable. Iso Reduce is not incombustible, it is finished with plasterboard on walls. Fire class according to EN 13501-1: E. The acoustic value depends on the situation in which it is applied. In a construction application it is covered with plasterboard. It removes the hollow sound at partition walls. Indication of the reduction: 85% and 8 dB.
